Zhanna Kelley is a NYS CPA with over twenty years of experience preparing taxes. She prepares personal, corporate, partnership, not-for-profit, trust and estate returns. She also performs bookkeeping and payroll functions, as well as internal and external audits, and she acts as an expert witness at trials. She is also able to form corporations and LLCs in any state.

In addition to a CPA, Ms. Kelley is also a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and a Notary Public.

Ms. Kelley has a BS in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University, an MS in Accounting from CUNY Baruch as well as an MBA in Health Care Administration from CUNY Baruch. She is currently working on her MS in Taxation at SUNY Old Westbury.

During her long work history, Ms. Kelley worked as a Senior Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as well as Grant Thornton LLP. She also worked in internal audit and compliance at almost all of NYC's major hospitals — New York Presbyterian, Mount Sinai, St. Luke's and Roosevelt Hospitals, Memorial Sloan Kettering, Hospital for Special Surgery, NYC Health and Hospital Corp and SUNY Downstate. Zhanna also worked for health insurance companies such as Affinity Health Plan and Molina Healthcare.

Ms. Kelley is also a NYS Licensed Real Estate broker with her own real estate firm, "Agile Real Estate NYC Inc." Agile is part of One Key MLS, which includes all listings in Queens, Long Island, Westchester, King's County and Upstate NY. Ms. Kelley also has an agent, Jorge Mendoza, who specializes in and works exclusively in Staten Island.

Ms. Kelley is also a landlord of fourteen condo units in Sussex County, NJ, which she manages personally. She is also the President of the Board at High Point Country Club in Montague, NJ. Ms. Kelley was born as "Zhanna Baranets" in Ukraine but has lived in NYC since she was six years old. She was raised mostly in Queens and currently lives in Edgewater Park, Bronx, NY. Her office is located in Astoria/Long Island City, Queens, NY. She speaks fluent Russian and some conversational French. During her free time she loves to visit her NJ vacation home, spend time with her friends and pets, and travel abroad.
