Zhanna Kelley, CPA PC provides audit, assurance, and financial reporting services to privately held businesses, nonprofit organizations, associations, and other entities. Our services include financial statement audits, reviews, compilations, agreed-upon procedures, and other attestation engagements. We work closely with management to understand each organization's operations, accounting environment, and internal controls while providing an independent and practical approach to financial reporting and compliance. Our professional affiliations include the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB), American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA), and Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE).

We also provide SOC 2 audit and attestation services for technology companies, SaaS providers, and other service organizations that manage or process sensitive customer information. Our SOC 2 services include Type I and Type II examinations and evaluation of controls under the applicable AICPA Trust Services Criteria, including Security, Availability, Processing Integrity, Confidentiality, and Privacy. We help organizations navigate the SOC 2 process, evaluate the design and operation of controls, identify areas requiring improvement, and prepare for the level of independent assurance increasingly requested by customers, investors, business partners, and other stakeholders.

Our firm also provides expert witness, forensic accounting, and litigation support services in matters requiring specialized accounting and financial expertise.
